At Jhoomarwala we are committed to deliver your order in best and acceptable condition within the stipulated timeframe. Unlike other e-commerce sites, Jhoomarwala didn't have any special rules and fine print; we absolutely respect you and your time and investment in procuring a deal/product at Jhoomarwala. We follow some agreeable shipping rules so that no parties will bear any loss or may arises any conflict, and definitely for smooth shipping operations.

  • We ship only in India and maximum delivery time for anywhere in India is around 15 working days.
  • Next working day delivery in Bhopal and 7-15working days anywhere in India.
  • Jhoomarwala will ship all the products within Bhopal and for shipping outside Bhopal (anywhere in India) will be done through a recognized courier.
  • Jhoomarwala will send the SMS to customer's registered mobile number for tracking their order.
  • The region/areas which are not serviced by associated couriers, we will ship through the Government Registered posts.
  • We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding all public holidays.
  • For all the areas serviced by reputed couriers the estimated delivery time is between 3-7 business days. For those serviced by the Indian Postal service (the delivery time can be 1-2 weeks depending on the location).
  • In case if the packaging is damaged or is tampered at the time of delivery or if you think the product is in a bad condition on delivery, please refuse to accept the package. Call our Jhoomarwala helpline at 0755-4226191 or send an email at info@jhoomarwala.in with your Order ID. Jhoomarwala will ensure that the product is replaced and delivered to you at the earliest.

Transport and breakage problems

Our products are fragile, we have many years of experience in package and shipments, we are committed to zero breakage. Please let us know in the first place through Trade manager, Email or Telephone regarding to some breakage caused in transport, and send us the "clear broken products photos" to us within 24 hours, we will arrange the free replacement parts to you immediately within 2 days! Thank you for your understanding and support!

Returns and Refunds policy

In case you have not received the product in good quality or the product is damaged under any condition, we accept return request with in 2days from the receiving of the material. Product image should be shared immediately in case of damage or quality issue. Product should be packed in the original packaging as received. Product return eligibility will be discussed and final decision to be reserved by www.jhoomarwala.in. In case of missing parts or missing pieces or damaged parts, we provide solution by suddenly the particular parts Our side shipping charges to be borne by the customer All reruns subjects to Bhopal jurisdiction

Payment Failures

In case of payment failures you need to make sure that:
